How does the process work?
Ongkrong Consulting follows a six-step method on every engagement: observe, map, prioritise, build, document, review. The method follows the evidence at each step, so a system change is only recommended after the current process has been reviewed. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute AI diagnosis call.
- 01
OBSERVE
We observe the current process and review the records that support it.
- 02
MAP
We map the points where coordination, cost or accountability breaks down.
- 03
PRIORITISE
We identify the first system change that would have the clearest operational value.
- 04
BUILD
We build the selected system in production with defined controls, human-in-the-loop review and a traceable record of what it does.
- 05
DOCUMENT
We document ownership, operating steps and decisions so the system is audit-ready and the client owns and governs it from day one.
- 06
REVIEW
We review whether the system is working, confirm the controls still hold, and identify the next evidence-based improvement.
The first engagement defines the work.
The method runs inside a three-rung engagement sequence. The first engagement defines the work that follows.
- 01Free 30-minute AI diagnosis call
- A focused conversation about your biggest coordination gap, its likely operational effect and whether practical AI use cases are worth pursuing. This is the free first step before any build is scoped.
- 02Build
- The selected system is built in production with defined controls, ownership and operating documentation. The build follows the diagnosis finding.
- 03Retainer
- We continue to review performance, improve the system and assess the next coordination problem. This suits organisations that need ongoing review and delivery capacity.
