C/01AI Architecture SetupFixed-price builds

Get more work out of the team you already have — before the next hire becomes urgent.

We set up an AI operating system for your business: Claude Code, a Brain that holds your context, approved workflows, and the hooks and skills that run the repeat work. It's built so your own team can run it after we leave — not so you stay dependent on us.

Built for 5-100 staff teams using shared documents, inboxes, CRMs, booking tools or client records.

Diagram: your staff, inboxes, documents, CRM, bookings and client records feed one controlled Claude workspace — a context library, approved workflows and safe-use rules — then pass a human review step before work leaves the team, client-ready and accountable.

C/02The point

More work through the same team.

The workspace absorbs the repeat work that would otherwise become the next hire's job description.

More work, same teamFIG. C/02 — ILLUSTRATIVE

Illustrative chart: headcount stays flat from now through month six while the work handled rises after the sprint ships in month one — the gap between the two lines is work absorbed by the Claude workspace, not by new hires. Below it, one task two ways: a formal stakeholder email takes 10 to 20 minutes by hand, versus about 10 seconds to draft plus a short review with the workspace — the rest of the time returns to the team. Times are illustrative, not a guaranteed result.

C/03Problem

Your team may already be using AI.

The risk is not that staff are curious. The risk is that everyone uses AI differently, without shared context, data boundaries or review rules.

Unmanaged vs controlledFIG. C/03

Left: five staff each send work to a different unapproved destination — Public chatbot, Personal account, Unknown tool, Copy-paste, No review. Right: the same five staff work through one controlled claude workspace with a single review step before anything leaves.

C/04What we set up

A practical Claude workspace with controls.

The build is implementation work, not a prompt workshop.

Workspace blueprint (FIG. C/04). One workspace, drawn as a floor plan: ONE TEAM · 10-15 USERS, 2-3 WORKFLOWS. Staff enter, reviewed work exits — more work through the same team.

  • Zone A: Business context library — Shared knowledge, no blank prompts
  • Zone B: Approved workflows — 2-3 daily use cases
  • Zone C: Prompt and SOP library — Reusable prompts and review steps
  • Zone D: Workspace structure — Admin, accounts, team access
  • Zone E: Safe-use rules — What staff can and can't share
  • Zone F: Onboarding and tuning — Staff session, then real-use tuning

Onboarding and tuning: 2-week tuning.

C/05The build

Three builds. One fixed price each.

Each build is a fixed scope at a fixed price — you know the number before you commit. Most teams start in the middle; the one that fits is confirmed on the free call, not chosen here.

Foundation

US$1,950

The core operating system, installed.

The core is in place. A couple of jobs that used to start from a blank page now start half-finished.

  • Claude Code installed and configured for your business
  • A starter Brain — your business context, so staff aren't prompting from a blank page
  • 1–2 priority workflows, built and working
  • A short quickstart so your team can use it from day one

Owner-operators and small teams testing the water.

Common start

Accelerator

US$3,450

The workspace starts doing the repeat work.

The workspace runs repeat work on its own. Your team reviews and ships instead of writing from scratch.

  • Everything in Foundation, plus:
  • Hooks, routines and skills — the workspace starts handling repeat work on its own
  • A fuller Brain across more of your business
  • 3 priority workflows, built and working
  • One live training session for your team

Teams ready to make AI part of how the work actually gets done.

★ Flagship

Operating System

US$4,950

The whole operation runs inside one system.

Your whole team works inside one system that absorbs the repeat work — with a dashboard to see it, and support while it beds in.

  • Everything in Accelerator, plus:
  • Full hooks, routines and skills across the workspace
  • A cockpit dashboard — one place to see what the workspace is handling
  • A structured workspace your whole team works inside
  • 5+ priority workflows, built and working
  • Team onboarding, not just one session
  • 60 days of support after we leave

Teams who want the whole operation running on it — and want it to stick.

Multi-team / custom

Multi-team rollouts, CRM readiness and custom builds are scoped and priced separately, after the diagnosis.

Scoped on the call

You don't choose a tier here. The free 30-minute diagnosis confirms which build actually fits your team — or tells you honestly that none of them do yet.

  • Prices are fixed per build and quoted in US dollars.
  • Claude licence costs are billed by Anthropic, separately.

C/06The outcome

What changes after we build it.

The point isn't the tools. It's what your team stops doing by hand. The repeat work that quietly eats the week starts arriving half-finished, so people review and ship instead of starting from a blank page.

  • Routine writing — emails, follow-ups, summaries — drafted in seconds and finished by a human, not written from scratch.
  • One way of working, not five private systems nobody approved.
  • Capacity you can feel before the next hire becomes urgent.
  • A workspace built so your own team can run it after we leave — not so you stay dependent on us.

These are the patterns we build toward, not a guaranteed result. What lands depends on your team and the workflows you pick.

C/07The cost of waiting

When this pays for itself.

A build is a one-time cost. The repeat work it absorbs comes back every single week. So the only real question is how many weeks of saved hours it takes to pay the build back — and after that, it's just capacity you keep.

  • A new hire is a salary every month, forever. A build is paid once.
  • Every week without it, the same hours get spent writing the same things from scratch.
  • The team you already have is the cheapest capacity you'll ever add — if the repeat work stops landing on them.
  • Waiting doesn't keep the cost down. It just moves it onto next quarter's hire.

You don't decide today. The free 30-minute diagnosis tells you which build fits — or that none of them do yet.

C/09Client information

The main limits are stated upfront.

Is this a compliance guarantee?

No. The work sets practical controls, review steps and staff guidance. Legal, regulatory or compliance advice remains with the client's qualified advisers.

Why this rather than a general AI workshop?

The offer is built around a managed workspace, business context and approved workflows. It is designed for teams that need repeatable use, not one-off prompting tips.

Why fixed prices?

Each build has a defined scope, so each has a fixed price — you know the number before you commit. Multi-team or custom work is scoped and priced separately, after the diagnosis.

What if the person who set it up leaves?

The build lives in your workspace, documented, with your team trained to run it. It isn't locked to one consultant or one staff member. If someone leaves, the operating system stays.

Is this here to replace my staff?

No. It takes the repeat work off your team so the people you have can do more of the work that needs a person. It is leverage for your existing team, not a headcount cut.

What happens if the business is not ready?

We recommend the next practical step. That may be DIY guidance, a diagnosis, a smaller workflow review or no engagement.
