The Background
Motta’s AI journey started inside the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. Working in a tightly controlled environment, he built an automated case resolution and report generation system that turned a 2-hour manual process into a 5-minute job. One click. He then moved to the Department of Treasury and Finance, where he first used AI as part of his daily workflow to analyse three-statement financial models.
