Yes. An enterprise client, a high-volume logistics operator, ran a manual calling operation averaging about 230,000 calls a day. We built and put into production an AI voice-notification system to run it. Live, it reduced call-handling headcount by about 1,200 roles and let the operator redeploy about 300 staff into supervisory and quality roles. We prepared the financial model, vendor economics, integration design and a security, governance and go-live readiness review alongside the build, with operating controls and human oversight built in. The client owns and runs the system, and their data stays in their control. Engagement details are anonymised to protect the client.
Is this a compliance or governance product?
Governance, ownership and operating controls are built into every system we ship, from day one. Clear ownership, a short runbook, a risk register and a regular review step are how a working system stays live in production and stays audit-ready by design. We also advise on AI governance, risk and compliance for organisations putting AI into production. We do not sell governance as a separate product, and we do not provide legal or regulatory indemnity, certification or attestation; that stays with your own qualified advisers.
What happens after the call?
If there is a system worth building, we scope it. Rung 2 is Build: we build the selected system in production with defined controls, clear ownership and operating documentation, scoped only after the diagnosis call. Rung 3 is an optional Retainer to keep the system live and assess the next problem. Build and retainer pricing is scoped after the call, not published as a rate card.

We build governance, risk and compliance in from the start, rather than bolting it on. Every system ships with clear ownership, a short runbook, a risk register, a simple risk-management framework and a regular review step, so the work is traceable and built to be audited. The design is human-in-the-loop: a person reviews before anything leaves your team, and your data stays in your own control. We align the controls to your existing policies and keep the system compliance-aware, but we do not certify, attest or guarantee legal or regulatory compliance. That judgement stays with your own qualified advisers. The result is AI you can govern, explain and answer for, not a black box.
