EMBER Restaurants Booking System
Designed and deployed an integrated booking system for a multi-branch grill & bar group — syncing reservations across Google Calendar, the website, and Telegram staff alerts in real time.
Built with customer data handling aligned to applicable privacy regulations. Guest contact information is stored with encryption at rest, retained only for the legally required period, and automatically purged thereafter. Staff access is role-scoped per branch, and all booking data changes produce an audit log for management review.

Tenant personal information is encrypted, access is restricted by role (property manager, owner, maintenance), and data retention policies comply with state residential tenancy record-keeping requirements. Financial transaction records maintain a complete audit trail.
